ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION
Price Contingent on Assignment
Assessment and Evaluation Consulting Services are designed to gain an in-depth understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the program, team, or curriculum as well as its overall success. Feedback and suggestions will be provided along with one year of support in implementing suggested changes.
This service is especially helpful for organizations receiving grant funding; programs that rely on satisfaction of participants; or organizations or institutions that are experiencing low success rates, services gaps among diverse populations, tension or other issues within an organization, or an inability to reach long term goals.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Price Contingent on Assignment
Includes a thorough assessment and evaluation in order to adequately gauge potential areas of growth as well as areas of success. Also includes support in developing a program from the ground up if necessary. Feedback and suggestions will be provided along with one year of support in implementing suggested changes.
Program types can include, after school programs, college and career prep curriculum, staff evaluation programs, staff training programs, or other programs that may be necessary to grow your effectiveness. Development Consulting is especially useful for schools, businesses, or other organizations looking for support.
